Hi, anyone got any miricle cure for his condition? Severe pain in neck and arm. Thanks in advance.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It can keep flaring up, I found it much much worse when i was at uni with all the bending over for lectures and studying and such and working on the deli counter at a supermarket (lots of leaning over to put things in and out, cleaning and tidying etc...).
Used to be in agony with it but whatever it was the doctor gave me, don't think they were painkillers, some kind of anti inflammatory if I remember right to treat it rather than mask it and they were fantastic.
If there are any triggers she can eliminate that may help eg special seat support cushions and work or a more supportive chair and adopting a better posting and avoiding lots of bending of the neck and such.
Considering her posture and support while sleeping could make a difference too.
Stress can make it worse so that's something to deal with if applicable.
I tried better posture and exercise like yoga, pilates and swimming helped...oh and sitting in the jacuzzi :) Tend to go for massages quite often too.
Most help seems to be linked to Arthritis and other rhumatology related conditions.
