I suppose it just depends really on the situation, Im only going on date number 3 on sat so I think we are a while off it yet, and I just found out he is still in contact with his ex which is making me feel a bit tetchy about it. They split up 7 months ago but still sees her as they are still friends. Hmmm

Pinkilady, I am in full agreement with you, why do men get away with it and women don't, is it just it expected of a man? why is it expected of a man?
Is it because the male of nearly all species has an natural inbuilt drive to inseminate as many females as possible? I imagine that plays a very large part. It really is only civilisation that prevents all men doing it all the time I think.

I'm not a man to sleep with a woman on first date by the way, just in case I gave that impression.

spk, I think the golden rule has to be - never, never let anyone pressure you to have sex with them. If you aren't ready you won't enjoy it fully. Waiting till you are both ready and at ease with the idea of sleeping together is far safer and also far more fun! So be safe not sorry - and if and when it does happen let's hope the two feel the earth move and it isn't an earthquake or the boiler exploding! LOL Good luck :o)

Do what you feel honey!!... if you've got on really well, feel comfortable with him and it truly feels right (or your just too damn drunk to think about it lol) then go for it..
Personally I tend to hold off for about a month .. but if your seeing him like, everyday then i'd personally wait about a week lol!!! it depends how much you see of him but your not a slapper whatever you do!! if you like the guy then go have a good time!!! Just keep the ball in your court!!!
