Every day I get email to tell me to receive a parcel - about 3 or 4 times a day. I am treating this as a scam. I haven't ordered anything recently

You did right to ignore. If it were genuine, the delivery guy would make sure you get it.

Yes, a scam, block the email JJ

I get these scam emails , you can see what they are straight away. Best not to open the email just report it then block it.

it's a scam, don't click on anything in the email, just delete
