Morning all, just off to work on this sunny morn - will hopefully be finished by 10ish but then a couple of personal jobs to be done which will have me zooming around the Duchy.

Good morning, no idea what I will be doing today, depends on royal mail, if they deliver a dress I have to embroider and get back to London by Sept 1 then until end of month I will be stitching every spare minute. If no post then making food up for the freezer. Keto muffins anyone?

Doing a proper Keto diet at the moment believe me no gummies involved,just a Lot of cooking with ingredients I have never heard of. And a deep desire to drown in a bowl of mashed potato.
