Not quite Trigger's Broom because presumably a few bits of the original will be used.
However, to non-petrolheads it does perhaps seem to be a bit of a bizarre activity.
But dictating how people should spend their money (after tax of course LOL) would be the thin edge of a quite dangerous wedge.
