I watch Car SOS and Bangers and Cash and can't believe some of the restorations they do.

Not quite Trigger's Broom because presumably a few bits of the original will be used.

However, to non-petrolheads it does perhaps seem to be a bit of a bizarre activity.

But dictating how people should spend their money (after tax of course LOL) would be the thin edge of a quite dangerous wedge.

I believe that I can be quite good at some things that I can really set my mind to but I'd never have sufficient self-belief to be able to restore a car like that one!
