Andy as a Mod ,is there anything Lady_ Janine can do to get back on AB, she’s contacted the editor and was told to register again but that’s not working either, any ideas she can try ?

Hi Bobbi - neither I, or any of the Mods, are privvy to the internal workings of the Site administration.

I have the same contact mechanisms as everyone else, sending an e-mail.

I can only suggest that LJ contacts the Ed Team again, and hopefully their tekkies will be able to resolve any issues she is experiencing.

I’ve even suggested she clears the cache but nothing seems to be working Rocky , I tend to stick with Google on my iPad but I’m giving Opera a go on my PC

Sometimes browser muck about. At work yesterday a colleague just couldn’t send an email using Chrome. She tried Edge and voila, it worked.
