Tyre Repair
Damaged tyre and alignment after going through pothole in local area - not Motorway or A road. Warning light lit up car dashboard immediately. No other witnesses. Had to have tyre replaced and vehicle aligned for £140.(have itemised receipt to submit with a claim form). Many roadworks in area, so possibly council inundated with claims.
Neighbour had similar problem a couple of months ago but local council rejected claim, as it was his 'fault' for going in the pothole.
Is there a standardised letter or advice that might make the council more inclined to foot my bill?
