I am wondering if this is a good schedule for someone who works evenings and needs to get everything done before heading off to work? This would only be for work days.
6-11 Morning Routine/breakfast/chores
11-12 Workout
12-1 Lunch
1-2 Hygiene
4:20-5 commute
5pm work
10pm commute
11:25pm bedtime
11:45 sleep
Well sleep will be only about 6-7.5 as with work I probably can't go to sleep at 10:15 every night so I will probably be going to bed most nights at 11:45pm. This is what I have calculated based on sleep cycles and what would have me waking up not tired.
