Still in London!!

after a day in meetings, I travelled to Heathrow only to have my flight cancelled at 8pm! They would not book me a hotel and only gave me a £10 voucher towards sundries!!

needless to say a very long complaint will be going in!

I eventually got a flight booked leaving early ish in the morning from an airport on the other side of London and managed to get a hotel, the same one I left 20 hours previously!!

anyhoo I will be home by 11 this morning

lol it was - Mr Red actually picked me up from the airport which was incredibly sweet then made me an omelette.

The houds were overjoyed and the cats could not care less!!

Well done you. I chuck my toys out my pram if my train is delayed for more than 30 mins. I'd have been beside myself in your situation - especially on the way home!!
