How to fully utilize my new building

My organization is just completing rennovation on a new building. We would like to have the building generate some income or revenue for the non-profit organization I run.

It is a state of the art facility, fully equipped with computers, telecommunications, security. Easily accessable in the heart of an urban area.

I was thinking of finding an organization to make use of the building evenings or overnight when it is not being used for its primary purpose. Maybe a call facility of some sort, a help desk, whatever.

Does anyone have any experience in doing this?
