I've tried unsuccessfully to get one, after doing a full reset on my iPad and updating it to IOS 17 I can't sight in on it but I can on my iPhone , my iPad is my preferred way though I've used the link provide but nothing happens

OK, at the same link, elsewhere on the page, there is an area that shows "Your email address" - is that the email address you're checking?

If so, check the spam folder of that email address.

I only have  2 email addresses one I use for my personal emails ,the other for AB another stuff , I haven't forgotten my password as I'm using it now via my phone but for some reason I can't sign in on my iPad

OK... on your ipad clear the cache on your browser....delete all history.then try again

Bobb  I did that   at lunch time  today since doing it I can't sign in

Have you also removed the remember password for ab....you need to remove any saved one as the saved one may of got corrupted

When I tried to change my password after I returned earlier this month it wouldn't work so I privately emailed the Ed and she sorted it.

You should see more than "the eyebrow things". It looks like something is broken. I would send the Ed an email, here:

Spare Ed that never worked either by signing in as Bobbisox1 then my password

Check that your email has not blocked gmail accounts.  Go to your blocked senders list and check that gmail.com (and similar domains) are not automatically on the block list.

No,just realised I got a email telling me to sign in Bobbisox1  then password from the spareEd earlier so AB isn't blocked

I've given up trying to access the AnswerBank from my iPad, nothing is working. I have even tried to re-register as Bobbisox 2, I wish to thank everyone who tried to help me, thank you
