Emis Patient Access - Difficulty In Ordering A Repeat Prescription

Does anyone on here use the EMIS Patient Access site to order their repeat prescriptions.

It appears the site was redesigned four days ago, and I cannot now find how I order a repeat prescription!

I will contact Patient Access on Monday, but thought I'd see if any ABers use this site for their prescriptions, and if so, have they had problems ordering their medication.

Sorry can't help.  I use my doctor's own website and order through that.  Does yours not have one?

I use the MyGP app.

I do, I've just logged in.

Doesn't look any different, I clicked 'Repeat Medication' in the left hand panel, then clicked the 'new medication order' box in the main panel.

All my prescriptions are listed, with 'add to order' below each one.

Barry, things look different on the page I viewed, there's a note stating Repeat Medication page was updated on 26 Sept 2023.

Anyhow, I'm giving up trying as it's time for Match of the Day. Good night.
