If the part of the story is true whereby a BBC vehicle was used to take her from school to meet Brand, they would seem to be guilty of facilitating the liaison.

That implies that the BBC doesn't know how their drivers are spending their time. I suggest they know exactly what they are doing.

As for the cars, I doubt the BBC knows what all are for, does any company?

Look, I'd like to bash the BBC but on this no, unless they carried on knowing it then I cant see there is a problem for them.

Well, YMB, it generally works like this:

Culpability on two counts. I'm not expecting you to understand, so if it's a bit beyond your reasoning powers (as many things seem to be) probably best not to reply, eh.
