Instead Of A What's For Dinner..
..thread, how about what's for breakfast?
I had cereal with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
It was healthy, and tasty, but bacon and eggs etc....
Hmm, wouldn't have improved my cholesterol count.

when we're away I enjoy a cooked breakfast as long as it's not too early, and I enjoy one for lunch too on occasions.
as for Vegemite, I find it too waxy, marmite spreads better and is tastier...in my opinion ๐
I'm late to this, but I'll contribute my 2 pence.
I'm also not a breakfast eater. I break my fast when I'm actually hungry. It's about what you eat...not when. As long as you get necessary nutrition. What retro does is a form of intermittent fasting...which has been shown to have health benefits.
So far I've had 2 coffees with cream. Lunch of cold meat, cheese, olives soon. Dinner 8-ish.
Even later (been out & busy)! I didn't eat breakfast for years & no time for more than a sandwich for lunch (teaching) so ate in the evening.
We both still have our main meal then, but OH insists on eating breakfast - he has a big bowl of mixed cereals and muesli with milk and 1/2 a banana - so I manage some live yoghurt with the other 1/2 of the banana and 2 mugs of tea with full cream milk.
