why does the lock out light come on as soon as i make a demand on my power max 155x boiler

1. Is there an error code showing like for example A01or A15 ???
2. Have turned off the electricty to the boiler, waited ten mins then power back on & pressed the reset button ???
3. Is it due a service (12 months or longer since instalation or last service) ??? If so it probably just needs a service & the ionisation probe cleaning .
