Red, Mr L has been sawing up our 2 year old dried wood most of  the day.  Obviously he has it in mind to light the woodburner tomorrow and save money.

Not yet, although sorely tempted this evening.

Not at home at the moment,  but have it on low in holiday caravan. When we get home tomorrow, I don't expect we'll turn it on just yet.

Mine came on unexpectedly today at around 10:00 AM. It's set to come on if the temperature drops below 18deg C. Nice and sunny weatherwise, but bitter cold.

5 degrees here, outside, and inside the radiators are definitely radiating, which is what I pay them for.

Not yet but I was tempted earlier on. The temperature dropped when the sun went down but we had a roast dinner and warmed ourselves up that way. Not cold at all now.

Imminent.

It's totally opposite downunder, cooling system has recently been resurrected.

Mine goes on whatever the month is if I'm cold.. like JJ it's been on and off all year really. My body does not like the cold.

We put ours on for an hour every now and again just to take the chill out the air - this house is COLD at the best of times, but now we have half the roof missing it is blummin freezing.  I light a fire in the snug first thing and tend to work in there all day - although not today because I have a long zoom call this afternoon and I normally do that in the dining room, so the heating WILL be on later because it is like a fridge in there.
