Off the top of my head I can think of "Pass the Bomb". Each person has to answer quiz questions until they get one right and then pass the bomb (timer) to the next person. The winner is... It doesn't matter. Quite fun

No skill required beyond the ability to read & concentrate. Specially good fun for the young ones, & with excellent illustrations providing an education in what the members of various categories look like.

Our new family game is Linkee. You play in teams, four questions one at a time and you have to come up with the link between them. Wide range of questions including kids' films - we've played it with an 11 year old. The team that gets the answer right wins the card which has a letter of Linkee on the back. Winning team is first one to complete the word Linkee - of course you can win multiple letters the same. The connection can perhaps go more than one way so jump in too quickly and you could be wrong.
