Do you have an advert that sounds weird or doesnt make sense.

My pet hate is " I got weight loss surgery so I could spend more time with my kids". How does that relate?

maybe they should just say I got weight loss surgery because I was significantly overweight.

There used to be an advert that said, If you or someone you know owned a diesel car you can claim compensation....

Why can I claim compensation because Bob three doors down used to own a diesel?

What used to annoy me but has not been on much recently were the adverts for womens cosmetics and health products which ended with " because i am worth it ", they all ended with those words.

Those adverts that claim 90% of people (usually women) agree.....

Then in very small print, of 45 people.

I can't remember which advert it is but it's the one where they say at the end "keep away from Children".

There are many that I think annoying. But most seem to be from the radio. The latest peeve being the Waitrose one where a load of utter gibberish is spoken followed by, "Anywho" !

Oh that one vulc. Yeah, I usually answer along the lines of, "I do as far as I can". But one can't always lose the little "angels".

What gets me is when adverts have a clever sketch and pretty images and a product name but they do not say what the product is !.
