Good afternoon.. I had a lump sum out of my pension pot even though I am still working, but they did state that I will have my tax code changed to emergency tax.. I understand that I pay tax on the pension (25% tax free) then the rest taxed. But will I get any tax back as its on emergency code? Hope you understand what I mean

There's a way to claim back online, or HMRC will sort it in time by themselves. However, if the emergency tax rate was at basic rate then you may not get it all back if the income together with your work income pushes you over the tax free allowance for this year- which it probably will.
