sorry ~Wolf - really am trying various things.  Computer fella set up my ccs my new email to my friends - all done in a whim - I am just after going to over to it and have lost the bloo*dy lot.

If you've NOT changed the email address that you've got registered with AB - and you've NOT changed anything at Gravatar - your avatar of Maxie should still appear here but ONLY if you're logged in as 'jennyjoan' (and not as 'JinnyJoan').  It makes absolutely no difference as to whether you're actually using the relevant account to access your email.

However if you want Maxie to appear when you're logged in a 'JinnyJoan', you'll need to register a new account at Gravatar

using your new email address and upload Maxie's picture to it.  You'll also need to wait a fortnight before AB will accept the avatar.

In my previous post, I told you how to check the (obviously working) password for AB that's stored on your iPad.  I then said that you should try logging in with that password on your computer and explained that, if it didn't work, clearing your browser's cache should fix the problem for you:

I simply can't see any reason at all as to why you'd need to create a new account on AB!

well Chris - Maxie's wee face comes up on the ipad but no no wee son here.

The fella was very good but have lost 1,000 emails - now mind you I don't 1,000 friends LOL  but he emailed my friends in a clump (a  different way - I don't understand) but I went over to nosey at the clump after he left and lost the lot.  Think I will be able to individually contact friends one by one by one - I hope.  

 

Chris the computer fella - I asked him to get me in here and it just wouldn't (he thought it was connected to Microsoft you know passwords, wouldn't accept my current email, and even my name - I was JennyJoan - so I entered jennyjoan with new email - well alas I am back to torture yous all again.!!!
