Living alone benefits

My girlfriend is moving to the UK from Norway and she will be living in an apartment (alone) and attending school full time. She will be 17 when she moves, what benefits/support will she be able to get from the government etc?

I'm with antiguru, let her family or her government support her. I looked into moving away to Spain, but I wouldn't get any benefits if I didn't have a job.
