Ipad 10.5 Message

Have started to receive the following message " This item not downloaded from the sever" when I try to retreeve messages. Am using ISO 16.7.2

Would be grateful for any surgestions

Thank you for your offer to chat through this message problem I had with my iPad.  I have however now managed to sort this problem out for myself. This item now considered closed.
