Weird Ab Pages

I stumbled open these pages which appears to be a list of ABers with service badges.

Strangely all of the service badges seem to have been awarded yesterday.

Does anyone know anything about it?

I wasn't logged in what I found it.

There are 492,862 Abers with a nice new shiny 1 year service badge! 24,643 pages with 20 on each, plus a page with a lonely 2.
