People are always moaning that you can never get a straight answer out of a politician, they never answer a question, they are always evasive etc etc. Along comes one who actually says what most of us think and the hand wringing goes in overdrive.

The bourgeois bedwetters cannot face facts and need a barrier between them and reality. Every decision they make is now emotion based, and trumpeted loudly in order to claim this weeks virtue signalling points. The politicians(particularly the lefties) and social engineeers realised this was happening some years ago and have been presenting policies...

They can be independent as that solves many concerns, but if they fail in their duty to the citizens then someone needs to try to influence them. Get them to take their responsibilities seriously and not just look for easier ways out.

Some of you are spoilsports, contaminating this TTT/YMB love-in.

Tora did that himself, Canary, all that poo.

So everyone can have free speech except for Suella Braverman,sometimes the truth hurts but she is correct about the so called homeless living in tents,hate march protest calling for peace ,not one of the flags or banners they are waving asking for peace but filled with hate messages.

Thanks 3T. Was out for the day after posting. One of my brothers is in town for the weekend and I went to meet him from the train and got him booked into a gaff. He comes here, and has done for 20 years, for the Remembrance Ceremony because it is as yet unsullied by the hate brigades. He used to come with his missus and best pal but they are no longer with us. He is here on his own to tread old ground and remember them. We will have lunch out on Sunday after the parade with my son and "she who must be obeyed". Likely meet tomorrow afternoon for a jar if I can persuade someone to drive me home. Meanwhile plod  in Londonistan has announced an ‘exclusion zone’ around the Cenotaph memorial on Whitehall, Westminster, saying anyone “believed to be part of” pro-Palestinian demonstrations inside that area “can be arrested”.

Can be does not mean will be though does it.

What have we become when it is neccessary to defend a monument to the silent dead, and considered by generations of us to be quietly sacrosanct, against desecration from hate fueled mobs?

what area are you togs?

It's Kosovo v Israel in a European Championship qualifier today, interestingly.
By the way reports are that many coaches due to take people to London today for  the "Million Palestine" march have been cancelled.

Is Kosova just as Jew hating as us Brits appear to be Ichy?

Interesting cartoon in that lefty rag the Daily Telegraph today: two people looking at Ms Braverman's annual Christmas card note that the wording reads: "Being born in a stable is a lifestyle choice"

Did someone say "borrowed time?"

Aye,get rid of Braverman,get rid of Starmer,thats what quite a few on this site would like,Ichy.

//"Being born in a stable is a lifestyle choice"//

Someone on here said that yesterday... and there's me thinking it was all their own work.

(Incidentally, no stable in the bible - but that's just by the by).

Maybe it was yesterday's paper.

Yes Peter's is a good one

//but that's just by the by).//

Or maybe 'just by the byre'

Perfectly possible it was a lifestyle choice. Selected before conception.
