What Do I Do About My Driving Instructor?

I've been doing driving lessons and my instructor hasn't been reliable and putting me in for days I can't do so I've booked another one but on an app I got it automatically books lessons with my instructor what do I do to cancel lessons with her?

I cancel lessons on the app but need to stop automatically booking if going with someone else

On my current one I got an app I automatically get given dates of my next one with her

how are we supposed to know hw your app works for cancelling?  Just call her!

Is this the instructor who has cancelled three times due to her silly excuses ?

Flocko yes that but still charges if you get ill on the day

I would ditch her.  Just my opinion

I am but the app I'm on with her keeps giving me lessons with her. The one I'm going with has good reviews

She said the office called her and said not a problem all I need to do is delete the app

Lesson went good today with new instructor

Update; I had my 2nd lesson with new instructor and it going well and he had 2 new pupils come from my previous instructor including her sister
