Can anyone please  tell me the correct phone no. For Amazon uk customer services.

Click on the Customer Service option at the bottom of the page.

Select the order you have a problem with.

Then select one of the options

When that page opens, there should be a, "I need more help" option.

Click on that and there will be an option for them to 'phone you back so choose that one. 

When I have done that in the past, it takes only seconds for them to 'phone me.

She did LIK.  And thank you.  My thank you was meant for all, buti didn't make it clear.  I was in such a muddle and didn't mean to be rude.

 

In the end the phone call was a waste of time.  They didn't do as promised and in their message to the supplier referred to me as "he" all the way through even though my name is obviously femin ine.   I don't have a gruff voice.  I've given up now, the supplier asked me to return the package to Luxemburg.  The item cost about £6.00!!
