Tuning Satellite Tv Channels
I was messing about with my Sony TV the other day trying to tune in satellite channels. During that time I had found Trace Vault and Now 90s. However when I did a final tune neither of those channels tuned in. I don't want to do a full scan again, but is there any way to find the details for those 2 channels and enter them manually? I live in Ireland, but I assume that the tuning details would be the same for Ireland and the UK, since they are being picked up from a satellite.

"The channel was launched on Freeview in November 2017, replacing Chart Show TV, but was removed on 7 November 2018 and its slot being replaced by its former sister channel True Movies +1. The channel was also available on Freesat channel 501 since the platform's launch until its removal on 21 October 2019, when it was replaced by Christmas Starz."

According to this link, Trace Vault moved to Sky in 2019

Now 90s seems to be a defunct channel in the UK.
The instruction manual for your TV set will tell you how to add channels manually. (If you need help, please provide the exact model number, from the back of the set).
For Trace Vault, you need to enter the frequency as 11344, the polarisation as V, the Symbol Rate as 27500 and the Forward Error Correction as 5/6.
Unless it was a test transmission, I can't wok out how you were receiving Now 90s. It's not listed as currently broadcasting via the Astra satellites at 28.2°E:
Barry, I was actually able to watch the channels and it was definitely them because they even had the logo on the screen in the same way as Now 70s and Now 80s do.
Buen, when I was tuning I noticed that as well as saying Astra 28, there was also another name beside it called Eutlesat or something like that.
The TV is a Sony Bravia KDL model.
I'm contemplating having another go at a full scan to see what happens, but I don't really want to mess up the ten music channels that I'm currently getting just to gain 2 extra.
What's kind of annoying about the situation is that we've got a Freesat box, but that only picks up 5 of the music channels.
