refused tenancy

I have recently been refused tenancy for a house. I had debts but have cleared every on when I sold my home. I had one CCJ for �327 and have written to have it marked 'satisfied' What else can I do so that I can get a tenancy agreement? My parents have agreed to act as guarantors.

you may have to rent privately (ie not through an angency) - look in your local paper/newsagent
