No, because some Mods are well known.  If that were not the case then it would be....... or am I underthinking  this?

Some mods, like me, are public and only have one username.

Some are totally secret, only have one username and unless they publicly declare they are mods they stay secret squirrels.

The last type of mod has the username they post under in 'off duty' name and a secret mod type username for when they are acting as mod.
