i have reallty fat thighs and i hate them! is there anyway to lose weight just of my legs?? tia x

snap sam :-) I'll be interested to know what answers you get as any exercises I do only seem to make tops of my legs muscly and I dont want that

sorry i didnt mean that 2 sound rude but i had the same problem only on my belly and the rest of me was slim, i cut out the crap i ate and lost it, very quickly as well
yer I dont eat sh*t. I have a very skinny upper body its just I have bigger thighs. so I think sam just wanted a diet that would concentrate on that part. I think it is a bit easier to lose weight on your belly than just the legs.

Sorry to say it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight off a specific area of your body (i know I have tried, i have evil love handles) through dieting and exercsing, only cosmetic surgery will do it. the myth about doing area specific exercises is wide spread and if you do lost of exercises for your thighs they will build up the muscle in them and could perhaps look bigger.

my advice, eat healthy (that doesnt mean cutting out all treats, just limiting them) and exercise regularly. i know it sounds boring but it works.

also we often have a different perspective of our bodies than how people see us.perhaps you could ask an honest friend or family member their opinion on your thighs.you never know, you may end up feeling better about them.
You could try body wraps as they make you lose (temporarily) inches rather than weight, which is after all the effect you are after. My wife and her then flatmate used to use them and I measured them before and after so I know it does work, albeit for only a few days at a time.It's cheap and very simple just a bit messy.
What sort of wraps did they use, noxlumos? :-)

where can u buy the wraps from?????
Jogging/running would make you lose weight overall, but it really works your leg muscles while pilates on the side would help tone them. If you manage to eat a very low carb diet during this time, that would also speed up the weight loss.
