The NHS had a devil of a job sticking their electrodes on my chest last week so took to the razor where required. I am now itching like hell where they did it and the glue didn't help either.It's winter. Keep your fur coat.!!

You're lucky it was your chest they shaved, Retro. When o had a stent fitted back in 2009, they shaved 'down there' just in case they had to go through the groin - they managed to go through the wrist at the third (and final) attempt.

But i itched like holy hell 'down there' for a good few days after and you know, an itch has to be scratched. Nearly got arrested in Tesco😉

I know the feeling Retro after a vasectomy many moons ago. Walking round town for a few weeks with hands deep down in the pockets :>)

Nicebloke, it depends. Personally, I don't particularly like seeing a man's chest hair, especially if it's been pulled out in an attempt to impress women. I also can't bear a waxed chest, which makes the man look like an Action Man toy and I imagine the down below is similar. 
Put a T-shirt on before your fleece, basically. 🙂

Ouch, I can only guess what it was like. Perhaps just a very gentle shave, top millimetres only.
