Have you got a printer?

Question Author

yes LOL Barry -

Do you use your pc or your tablet to access your bank account?

Do you bank online or use the Santander app?

1) Log into Santander on-line banking

2) Select the statement you want to print

3) Switch your printer on

4) Print the statement

a big ugly old very old computer and about 3 years old printer.  I was told this information some years ago but I forget.

well JimF - had a look there but it was coming up like a year ie from November 2022 to November 2023 - I need last week's statement.

Just go to your accounts page, view the account you want to look at and print that page.

You want last month's statement.  Read the link I posted

thanks all for the replies - am exhausted so will try tomorrow to print out.  I will be glad to be gone from Santander's lives as I can no longer get Belfast accent any more.  This bank is literally about 4 houses down from where I live at the moment.

no one hasmentioned control- P

get to the page you want and press control-P and see what happens.

PP that might not work.

I have a bank app on my 'phone but it prevents me from taking screenprints, "for security reasons".

Go into bank and ask them to print out your last statement for you.(have done this myself at RBS and it was no problem)

Corby, that's when having another device comes in handy - you can take a photo with your phone or tablet

have just printed successfully there - thanks again for your help

PS Steg - I do not want to ever enter Santander premises ever again in the city centre - it is too much for me particularly getting over 2 broken toes and Belfast city centre depresses me

What a weird thing for them to want. I don't have a working printer so there'd be little point asking me.

Still you could always show them your latest paper copy that the bank sent you.

Question Author

OG - because I am online I never receive paper copies but the new bank did say which would be ok for you - I just had to email my statement to them and that would have sufficed.
