Suspicious Text?

I've had a text, supposedly from my daughter, which says "
I've sent you a T-Mobile/video message. Go to https://149.254.201.140/T-Mobile/ your message is valid for 7 days.
I did as the text asked and was warned off, I didn't read it that well as it scared me, but I had a ' safety' button.
My daughter doesn't know anything about it, can anybody shed any light, please.

Thanks, methyl. I'll go and speak to them, though my daughter says she hasn't sent anything I haven't received for ages. It was definitely attributed to her.

I've had these before. The phone number it came from is on orange?

I've done a full tracert on that address and it does belong to T-Mobile. The tracert goes through to the London exchange then through one of Orange's server locations (shared). It's a legitimate link. What number was it sent from?

Thank you so much Dizmo. As my daughter knew nothing about it,I deleted the message in the end but I think it was from one of the 149.254.201 numbers
