It looks as though HRH King Charles III supports a crank who recommends horny goatweed for impotence.

For every so called crank there is someone who firmly believes and uses these preparations. In a lot of cases, preparations that have been around a lot longer and used far wider around the world than paracetamol and stains.  There's a lot we don't understand.
