I don't use Facebook any more for many reasons, but believe there's a way you can prioritise seeing new posts from chosen friends and family and groups before anything else.  That's the only reason I joined to be honest.  Can anyone help with his please.

I meant to say I don't use Facebook MUCH any more!

If there is I havent found it, lots of fake posts giving non effective methods but it seems it depends on how often you visit certain pages, and the amount they post.  The only thing you can do is to go your friends list and visit their homepages...  A lot...  And don't click on anything other than that as we soon as you show any interest in say... Cats... Or plus size leggings   your feeds get clogged with random offers and links to rubbish they think you might like
