So imagine a young man, wears a black leather jacket with lapel collars, sometimes a black suit and black shirt with the top button undone, smokes cigarettes, lifts weights and has a very muscular build, drives fast cars, has a serious expression on his face, yet well groomed facially. What typical vibe does that give off?

A bad boy vibe has nothing to do with his clothes, hair, bodyshape or car.  It is all attitude.  It's not something that can be faked - like sex appeal.  You either have it or you don't, and no amount of dressing can change that.
