Update On My Friend With Covid Sad News

My friend with sarcoidosis who caught covid died just before Christmas I had known him for over 20 years. He will be greatly missed. He just deteriorated and it was decided not to put him on a ventilator. I'm doing OK then suddenly a wave of grief like a tsunami will hit me.

I am sorry that you have lost an 'old' friend. I can understand your feelings of grief,  it's perfectly normal when you have had someone close to you for so long.

Sorry to hear your friend of over 20 years has died. 

I recently lost my last remaining cousin and there are many times when I miss her very much.

Hopefully, time, as they say, is a great healer.
