Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I solved in 5, but I had to reboot and my answer was lost, and although I could have another go I couldn't remember the words I chose - so no boxes!

lol barry- I've just seen your link , which looks like the one I normally use), but when I click on it, it just hangs when trying to load via Chrome. ("Timed out while waiting on cache-lcy-eglc8600033-LCY")

The error code seems to relate to Chrome and Windows updates.

Let's see whether it works tomorrow.

Going into nytimes.com then "games", other games work but clicking on wordle tries to load crosswords - which is subscription only. strange

windows10 updates are a bloomin nightmare! Doesn't tell you what's happening, just freezes your PC. If you try to disable it, it just reactivates itself.

It can't just be the Windows update that's causing the Wordle issue today, davebro, as I still can't get in on my android phone ( says "site can't be reached.... may be temporarily down")

there was some sort of google update last night but that shouldn't be the cause
