Letter Of Authority

Hi,

My father passed away from old age and dementia on the 7th, we think my Mum also has dementia because she is struggling with her menory very badly but this hasn't been diagnosed, there is a will and everything is left to my mum, the solicitors have the original but need a letter of authority from my mum to release the will along with photo I.D  and death certificate, so my question is can someone recomend a letter of authority template which I can use please.
