I have been told now that there won't be any improvenment to my back or joints and they wdarent operate, so I'm stuck here. Basically because I would not want to travel and be overseas and unwell away from home. I just would be anxious all the time. I hate being disabled. I just can't accept it.
I don't know if my travelling is over, Countrylover, I've been waiting since September for a hernia op so I can walk for more than 15 minutes at a time without hurting. And that's going private! But like you I've done a lot so I can't be too tearful about it. I always wanted to visit Tibet but I don't know that I could ever have managed the altitude, with or without hernia.
