Telegraph Vouchers

A friend of mine has received a booklet allowing him to get free Daily Telegraphs and Sunday Telegraphs for many weeks. Does anyone know how these are obtained?

We get them every few months, sent randomly in the post, not addressed to us yet we're the first owners of this house, so it's not a previous owner, plus we don't buy those papers so no idea why we get them, I give them to my dad and he uses them :o)
