How Do I Solve A Microsoft App Problem?

Hello all. I've been told of a couple of video editing apps(LosslessCut is one of them) which could help me edit and crop my cycle cam videos. The problem is that Microsoft won't let me install them as they are not Microsoft-Verified apps. Is this solvable? I'm running Windows 11

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker?  People on this forum use it for editing similar videos and seems to like it
