Is Anyone Else Unable To Get Tv Listings For Bbc 4 Extra?

I've been unable to get them all day today on sky q

 

where the listings usually are, it's just bank- and I  also can't record the programmes (yet I can search for the programmes and they come up, just can't record them)

 

is anyone else having this problem?. seems strange that it's only on radio 4 extra, and it's annoying me no end because I can't record tonight's comedy club

Mine does that sometimes just unplug completely and wait a minute and plug in again.
