Wondering what question 44 is and if the dots beginning 45 suggest a continuation.

just 12 dots before the words, no other indications for the answer, don't think the exact number of dots is relevant

Have looked at No 44 and there is a link and now i know the answer.

No44 is she sang with the pips, answer is Gladys Knight, so Q45 answer must be Midnight train to georgia.
