I have a Danske Bank (N. Ireland) £20 note.

The one with the tractor on front and part of City Hall on rear.

On the front of the note, which is in mint condition, there is a red rectangle covering the 20. Printed.

Has it any value greater than £20

Why would you think it has added value?

Sorry should have stayed the red is in the top left corner of front of note

Because it's misprint?

A while ago the Ulster Bank issued a £5 note with the image of George Best on it.  For a short time you could sell them for six or seven pounds.

I still can't see why your note should be worth more than its face value.

There are plenty of people who think that misprinted Danske notes are worth something on eBay, e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/224208507261
but it's unclear as to whether they ever get any buyers for what they're offering.

errors can indeed be valuable. But you might need to research how it happened, how many of them there are, and what they've sold for in the past.
