It's National Toast Day, I recommend a toast sandwich to celebrate.  One slice of toast between two slices of untoasted bread.

No toast today. But when I do, it's homemade fully seeded bread...its made to be toasted.

Avocado, or pumpkin seed butter...or as more filling meal, avocado + sour cream + a harissa fried egg + chopped coriander. Maybe even some feta or goats cheese.
