Is it safe to take paracetamol while on a course of ibuprofen?

ibuprofen is an anti-inflamatory, and paracetemol is not. so theoretically it can be safe to take both BUT not together. you can take ibuprofen betwenn your paracetemol dose. ibuprofen can can do just a good a job as paracetemaol when relieving pain (and also a little more). if you are taking a small does of ibuprofen you may decide to increase the dose, rather than mixing the drugs. BUT before you do any thing consult your doctor or pharacist, as they can advise the best course of pain relief.
