I don't know if this counts as a Christmas Tradition,but here goes.

We used to make a Christmas card list.

Work out the cost of the cards,add the postage costs,and then send the total money to a charity of our choice.

This means that the charity would get the FULL value of our donation,without anybody else taking their percentage!
