I have no idea what LLCs are but I am confused. How are the prisons full when so many tell me the police do nowt except chase the money from speeding motorists and the courts are soft?

I will start to worry if they start releasing at 6 or 12 months before, in saying that it does happen sometimes. All in all it shouldn't be happening short or long term jail time.

I don't understand either, surely they should go directly from the prison to the airport.Otherwise they will just disappear into the untraceable sub culture of illegal immigrants when released

As the population increases almost appearing exponentially at times so must the services, one of which are prisons.

But successive Governments wont do it, they seem to think we can all cram into a small country with the services we had pretty much from the 80's.

As for outsourceing I have said many times on here for crimes like Murder we should outsource to Thailand (or similar) for a fixed fee. The recipient country makes a few Bob, juctice gets served properly without tv's and luxurys and we release some space for other low lives.
