Is It Wrong That I'm Glad My Co Worker Cussed His Friend Out, And Hung Up On Her?

I work for a commercial cleaning company, and my coworker is an autistic man. He has a friend who constantly calls him while he's trying to work. He told her many times not to call while at work, but she does it anyways. Its about mundane things like the weather. It makes my coworker upset too, and I have to deal with it. So just now we were working, and she calls him. He of course answers. She starts talking about the weather again. He was just like "it's so rude for you to keep calling me while I'm working. *** you megan" then he hung up. That's what I feel like telling her too. He apologized to me afterwards for cussing, but im kinda Glad he said  it to her.

Tell him to just not answer the phone whilst he is working.

He's told her. Why should you tell her too? You've got enough other things to worry about i neighbours, relatives, bosses

Oh you aren't allowed to feel like something even if you have no intention of doing it. That's some kind of 'ism. Just ask Westminster for confirmation.

 

But in the real rational world you're allowed to feel some way if you wish, or say you are even if you don't, so, be glad or not, whatever you want.

Sometimes it's very hard for an autistic person to stand up for their own needs.  He did well to do that, so don't feel bad in being a little bit pleased but if He asks you for your opinion you can suggest more conventional approaches he can use next time.

His choice whether to answer the phone.  He could turn it off altogether while at work, but that is his business not yours.

It's my business because whenever she calls him, they talk for like 20 minutes, and it puts us behind schedule.

If he doesn't want to ring he shouldn't encourage her by talking for 20 minutes. Maybe politely point that out.
